This apartment was designed to fit the needs of rental apartments, to be a comfortable place to live in for tenants and be a practical investment, and easy to maintain high-quality service for owners.
It was designed for 5 similar apartments with slightly different orientations.

All apartment has 5 spaces:
Entrance ( 5.62 sq m )
Kitchen ( 12.94 sq m )
Living Room ( 12.86 sq m )
Bed Room ( 15.89 sq m )
Bath Room ( 5.59 sq m )
The main designer's goal was to save all possible space to organize it simply and logically. Make it possible to lit spaces with natural light as much as possible.
The apartment has two air-conditioning systems in both of the main spaces.
The entrance has floor to ceiling closet spacious closet with 4 cubic meters inside the volume.

The kitchen has appliances such as Microwave, Electrical Owen, Electrical cooking surface, Washing machine, Refrigerator all built-in contemporary stylish minimalistic furniture. The kitchen has three independent lighting setups, overall top lighting, intimidating dinner zone lighting, and lighting over working surfaces. It has a heated floor with manual/automatic regulation for comfort and hard surface floor tiling for elegance and practicality.
Living Room as an individual space dividing from the kitchen with three 3 meter height doors sliding system making it more private at the same time semitransparent polycarbonate doors filling save ability of natural light to illuminate kitchen and entrance spaces. The room has its own air condition system, 52' smart TV. It has three types of lighting for any case needs, top lighting for good illumination, top decorative lighting for a more private atmosphere, and floor lamp for evening relaxation reading or coaching tea party all can be used together in combination or individually. The living room is designed as a relaxation zone and can serve as a guest room in the case.
Most of the furniture was designed and custom-made exclusively for the perfect fit of existing spaces.
